Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy,
and for thy truth's sake (Psalm 115:1).
If you are NOT
SAVED please read this article first.
We live in a world where everyone thinks they are a good person,
and by worldly standard many of us are. Have you ever thought about how God views you? The bible tells us that no one is good
no not one(Mathew 19:17) So no matter how good of a person you are, you are destined for hell (Proverbs27:20) . Your sin,
even if only one,(James 2:10) will send you to hell, if you say you don't sin(1 James 1:10) ask yourself these questions,
Have you ever told a lie?( Exodus 20:16) Have you used the Lords name in vain?(Exodus 20:7) Have you looked upon a man or
woman with lust?(Matthew 5:28) Have you ever stolen anything?( Exodus20:15) Do you put other things before God? (Exodus 20:4)).
I could keep going but if your human like me you have probably lied, lusted, and committed idolatry. If you have then, God
has to send you to hell. God laid out 10 laws, which you are called to follow.(Exodus20) If you have broken these laws he
has to send you to hell. You might say, but he is a loving God, and you are right, but he is also a just God. (Proverbs 17:15)Look
at it this way, if a man stood before a judge for killing 16 people and said he was sorry and that it wont happen again. Then
he went on to explain all the good things he had done, for example he fed the poor, gave money to the Red Cross, and did many
great things for the homeless.
Now if that judge decided that all his good
deeds out weighed this one bad deed (don't forget he murdered 16 people) and let him off without punishment, a person
would have to think the judge is unjust and crazy. Society would demand the judge be let go, and a new trial take place. We
would demand justice be done, and true justice would have to punish this man for his crimes. That is what God has to do; he
is a just God and has to punish us for breaking his laws.(proverbs 17:15) When you stand before God on judgment day he will
have to send you to hell if you have broken any of his laws just once.(James 2:10) Doesn't that worry you? If it does,
you need to understand that God is love,(1 Corinthians 13) and he being a just God (2 Thessalonians 1:6) has made a way for you to be safe
from his wrath.(John 3:16) That way is through his son Jesus Christ who took your sins to be his own,(1 John 2:2) and by doing
that he took the fullness of Gods wrath from you, and took it upon himself.(1 peter 2:24) What you need to do is repent, believe,
and put your trust in Jesus as your savior. Look over your life and think of how you have sinned against the very God who
created you. Cry out to him for forgiveness, like King David did in Psalm 51. Then get into his word,(Hebrew4:12) a good church,(Hebrews
10:25) and pray without ceasing.(1 Thessalonian 5:17) Through Jesus you will be righteous,(Romans5:19) and God will view you
as his lovely bride, who is pure, holy and spotless.(2 Peter 3:14) I don't say this because I'm hurtful, or don't
care, in fact I care enough to share the truth with you. I mourn for those who do not know God. I hope and pray with all sincerity
that you will read this and cry out to God to save you. God Bless
